| A service normally last around an hour and usually has the following order. Welcome & Announcements The minister or an elder (if there is a visiting minister) will welcome everyone and read the announcements. Singing* Prayer* Bible reading Children's talk (morning only) A short talk aimed primarily at children. Singing* Collection This is our opportunity to present an offering to God. Prayer* Singing* Main talk A part of the Bible is explained showing how it applies to our lives. These talks are not preached to please but to challenge and to speak to you. You may find it helpful to take notes (many already do). Prayer Singing* Closing prayer* Greeted by minister At end of the service the minister will go to the exit and greet people as they leave. This is also an opportunity to talk to others if you wish. * - stand if able |
