Sermon Outline
There were reports of a stolen car and many things were attempted to contact the thief. This was not to apprehend him but to save his life as there were crackers lying on the front seat coated with rat poison. Last time we saw Jonah he was trying to escape from God, but really he was trying to evade God resuing him. God plans everything but we still have an element of responsibility in the steps we must take to be right with Him.
